The Prime Bank Eye Hospital (PBEH) was established in 2012, with the technical and management assistance from Araivind Eye Care Systems (AECS), India. It was erected on the Prime Bank PLC's own land situated in Dhanmondi (H#82, Rd#8/A, Satmasjid Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka - 1209). It offers a variety of eye care services, including standard eye exams, ophthalmic diagnoses and surgical treatments. The objective of the entity is to address the pressing need for eye care and ophthalmic health in Bangladesh as well as make quality eye care accessible to all, regardless of their financial solvency.
The hospital is equipped with modern machinery and facilities. The highly experienced and renowned ophthalmologists at the eye hospital ensure that everyone receives the utmost eye care services. Through its OPD, IPD and Outreach programs, the hospital reaches out to the mass people. The Prime Bank Eye Hospital conducts the maximum number of free eye camps across the nation with the aim of identifying eye patients who need surgery and give them the best surgery in the main hospital. The highly facilitated operation theatre is equipped to conduct all sorts of eye surgeries, including laser services.
